Branston Community Library

Branston Community Library is situated at the Branston Community Academy campus on Station Road

You can join the Library for free and borrow up to 30 items as well as use the publiccomputers located in the Library.  There is a wide range of books and talking books with new stock added regularly.

 A variety of community groups meet at the Library including u3a Scrabble and MahJong.  (Please see https://u3asites.org.uk for more information.)  The Library’s Knitting and Crochet Group meets on Fridays, 10am-12noon; there are Kids Craft Sessions on the first Saturday of each month at 10.30am and 12.30pm and Lego Club which meets on the second Saturday of each month at 11am-12noon.  Please email branstonlibraryevents@gmail.com for more information and to book a place for your child.

 Regular events are held at the Library including Books Sales and Jigsaw Sales.

 From October 2015 the Library has been staffed by a Volunteer Co-ordinator, employed by the Parish Council, and an enthusiastic group of local Volunteers.

Please note that the school’s gates are close during the school week/term but access to the Library is still available during it’s opening houres – please buzz the intercom button at the gate for entry.
