On “jersey Thursday” (Donovan – 1965) we received 7 requests for assistance, primarily collecting and delivering prescriptions. A request from a ‘new’ resident from Heighington who called for help and was duly assisted.
The highlight of today is that ‘we’ smashed through the 700 milestone mark, ending up on 704 successfully completed responses.
Here are the statistics on reaching the ‘100’ milestones:
0 – 100 23 Mar – 8 Apr 20 (15 days)
100 – 200 8 – 24 Apr (16 days)
200 – 300 24 Apr – 12 May (18 days)
300 – 400 12 – 23 May (11 days)
400 – 500 23 May – 13 Jun (20 days)
500 – 600 13 – 24 Jun (11 days)
600 – 700 24 Jun – 9 Jul (15 days)
700 – 800 9 Jul – ??? (?? days)
Basically, this equates to the fact that we’re responding to a 100 requests, on average every 15 days ! As can be seen the intervals are relatively consistent, although I can’t provide a reason for the lulls in late April to early May and again in late May to early June . But nonetheless, we remain in demand from those vulnerable residents who are still shielding, can’t go out and importantly require our support.
Take care and Stay Safe
Thank you for your continuing support – Andy
