Four requests for assistance were received today and 10 welfare calls were made. The lattter, was part of my ongoing exercise in catching up with residents, having a chat and ascertaining what their status is in respect of requiring help. I’m pleased to say that only one asked to remain on my list. Once I’ve completed calling the 140+ residents and in some cases their relatives, I’ll provide an update as to where we are and how we’ll deal with the way ahead.
Looking ahead, tomorrow at 0915am, I’ll be talking on Lincoln City Radio (103.6 FM) again, to provide an update on what we’ve achieved over the past 16 weeks. I’ll also be publicly singing the praises of all the great volunteers and organisations who have superbly supported and protected vulnerable Branston residents and others from nearby communities.
