Whilst working from home, it was “Force 10 from Navarone” today, with funnily enough 10 requests for assistance and welfare visits being made.
A special mention today goes out to Vicky who did a great job in managing the Food Bank this week and to Tina, who once again very kindly dropped off a bundle of much needed face masks – thank you so very much to you both, your contribution is very much appreciated.
Staying with Face masks, there is now an even greater requirement for donations of elastic (4mm) and material for their production. If you can spare anything, it can be dropped off at the Food Bank or alternatively it can be collected if you call 07395 906220.
I am still seeking a volunteer to take a lady to Lincoln County Hospital at 0900hrs on Monday 27th July and return her home. If you are available, I would be grateful if you could please call me on 07546 241940
