Well what a really bizarre day, although 8 requests for assistance came in, none were on the phone. This is the first time that this has happened in 309 days and I was continuously checking that it was charged and working…..
The requests came in the form:

4 x Miscellaneous
I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to an extra special volunteer who for the past ten months has undoubtedly, consistently and wholeheartedly gone way above and beyond of what was ever expected when they first ‘signed up’ to help. On a daily basis they have acted as a dedicated point of contact for a vulnerable resident, their distanced family and a number of support organisations, and assisted with a multitude of welfare issues, which have on occasion have been challenging. You know who you are and just so that you know your commitment has not gone unnoticed, on behalf of the Group, thank you very very much.
