A relatively quiet day with 8 requests for assistance being received. They consisted of the following:

1 x Prescription collection and delivery

The following items would be appreciated, we are specifically short of long life milk:
Tinned meats and fruit
Spaghetti hoops, macaroni cheese
Cleaning materials: Washing up liquid / Washing powder/liquid
Rice puddings
Microwaveable Rice
Toiletries; Shampoos

Covid related fraud incidents
There hasn’t been a day recently where I haven’t received a message, text, call or email regarding professional scammers who working as individuals or as part of organised crime groups are exploiting opportunities to fraudulently extract money from vulnerable people. Like Covid itself, the issue is real ,therefore please be vigilant and ensure your family and friends are too.
