Once again a steady day with nine requests for assistance being received. One of which concerned a suspected faulty telephone line for an elderly lady, anyway I called Virgin Media on her behalf and was amazed by a 45 minute response time ! (I must add that I’m not a Virgin customer, so I’m not on commission before you ask !) Additionally, a Food Box was delivered to Dunstan, which was very much appreciated.
Has anyone else noticed – it’s 2020hrs 20 secs on the 20th of 2020 right now !
