All in all another steady day during which again nine requests for assistance were received. Two of these were from ‘new’ residents who were unfortunately were unaware and felt that they didn’t meet the criteria and could ask for help. I hope that these are isolated (pardon the pun) cases. Indeed as you are aware we are able support anyone who asks or knows about us.
A great example of this will occur tomorrow when we are meeting with a Food Bank Volunteer Co-ordinator who has connections with Lincoln and Louth in respect providing food bank donations. Once again we are seen as being capable of providing mutual support even further afield. More details tomorrow.
Homemade Face Masks: If anyone knows of someone who is making face masks, can they be asked if they would like to kindly consider donating them to the Branston Surgery who will be very appreciative. Additionally, if anyone has any unwanted materials that are suitable for the production of face masks, please get in touch.
Take care, Stay Safe and thankyou for your continuing support – Andy
