Activity eased up a little today with only six requests for assistance being received, but nonetheless of course all are important to those that remain in isolation and need help. Today, a single parent family in Lincoln was especially grateful for a Food Box that was provided by the Branston All Saints Covid-19 Food Bank.
If you know or are aware of anyone that would benefit from a Food Box, they are available by contacting 07395 906220. All calls are treated in strictest confidence.
Additionally today, really good discussions were held (by telephone of course) with the Co-op Community Development Team and Community Lincs / YMCA about the support that the group has provided, not only in Branston but the surrounding communities and further afield. This not only enhances the reputation of the group but importantly helps to develop relationships with organisations, not only for now but also for the future as we look forward to the Recovery Phase and beyond.
