Five requests for assistance were received today and like each one of the previous 486 were important for the continued safety and protection of the residents.
The Branston All Saints Covid-19 Food Bank once again played a key role today in providing a much needed Food Box on behalf of the NKDC Wellbeing Team to a resident in Dunstan.
As per yesterday’s post, if you are able to make a food donation, there is currently a requirement for children’s cereals, tinned/canned meats, microwaveable rice packets and hotdogs.
Finally, having received a number of calls from concerned residents, families and friends, it is my intention where practicably possible to continue to run the Group until at least 1st September in parallel with the Branston Food Bank. This will hopefully enable us to support those that will continue to need our help and those who may need it during the school holidays.
