A quiet day with only 3 routine requests for assistance being received.
However, there were calls from several concerned residents asking for advice on the easing of lockdown restrictions. It is very interesting how different people are interpreting the existing and new guidelines, and importantly how it is in some cases affecting their anxieties.
As a Group can I ask that where necessary the latest guidance is passed on to those whom you feel may need help in understanding it and where appropriate to reassurance them to alleviate any concerns they may have.
